1.2.- What means Brahmacharya?
Brahmacharya is traditionally understood as the “behavior that leads to Brahman“, the divine creator in Hinduism and yoga. The sanskrit term is derived from Brahman, meaning “Ultimate Reality” or “Divine Creator”, and charya, meaning “to move” or “to follow“.
2.- The profundity of Brahmacharya
Brahmacharya is one of the five yamas (spiritual rules) listed by Patanjali in his Yoga Sutras. It is also one of the 10 yamas listed in the Upanishads.
