1.- Energetic processes: transmutation and sublimation

Transmutation at the chemical level represents the transformation of one chemical element into another, accompanied by a large release of energy (for example, nuclear fusion). The transmutation is produced by the nuclear reaction that is possible at a biological level and at low temperatures.

1.1- The biological transmutation of energy

This energy created and shared in the most sacred and pure act of Love, can be transformed into a higher energy capable of opening our higher Chakras. This sublimated energy has the ability to transform us, and represents a process of spiritual liberation.

1.2- The sublimation of energy

In our continuous practice of Yoga or when the couple reaches a feeling of pure Love, a propitious state is produced so that the transmuted energy can be sublimated upwards. In this way we can direct it towards our superior Chakras, obtaining objective results at a psychic, mental and spiritual level.

Sublimation is a process that generates happiness and harmony, awakening dormant abilities. In addition, it produces a state of integration with our Higher Consciousness and the Macrocosm.

1.3- The experience of the state of transmutation

Experiencing our yogic life fully, a well-focused thought allows us to awaken the transmutation process and direct this energy once sublimated. Our focused thinking is one of the most powerful forces in the Universe.

The released energy that we manage to sublimate will greatly amplify our feelings. As a consequence, and our limits and personal conditions will give way to an amplified reality.

2.- The sublimation of the most subtle forms of energy

Sublimation is the upward and internal movement of the energy released in the process of transmutation. The energy that we manage to channel in an upward movement passes Chakra by Chakra, causing specific effects at each of these levels.

The energy transmuted into new amplified and subtle energy is released with the quality of being able to direct it to our Chakras. Therefore, this energy can purify and balance them, and transform our limited human experience into an amplified experience of reality.

3. The analogy between transmutation and sublimation

We can understand the process of transmutation and sublimation, and how both are analogous with this example.

In conclusion, we can affirm that it is essential to promote that state of yogic effervescence, in which the continuous experience derived from our personal practice and our intimate life, become a source to achieve communion with our Higher Consciousness (Shiva).
