Definition of Prithvi:
Prithvi represents the planet Earth, it is also the Tattva of the earth element. In the Ríg-Veda the earth and the sky are cited as two complementary halves. Prithvi is also known as a goddess, the one who supports everything. According to tradition, she is the wife of Diaus Pitá, father of heaven with whom she had her children, the gods Indra and Agni; also according to another tradition she is the wife of Vishnu, in the form of Lakhsmi.
